How to make scones

This is very easy to make it goes with tea and they were originally made in Europe.


Ingredients


1. Plain flour for dusting
2. 3 cups of self raising flour
3. ½ cup raisins
4. 80g Butter chilled and cubed
5. 1 cup of milk
6. Jam to serve
7.whipped cream to serve

First add your salt and flour into a large bowl
Then add your butter in the bowl and rub your mixture between your fingers

Now make a well in the middle and tip your milk while mixing
Now knead the dough on a tray with flour and roll it into small circles
        Now put the tray into the oven at 200 degrees celsius for 20- 25 minutes.

    It is great to see that you are including more detail into these instructions, like explaining that you make a well before pouring in the milk. Tomorrow, see if you can look back through to check that you have included as much detail as your reader might need.
