You will need

• Carboard
• A pencil
• A cup to draw around

• Scissors
• Felt pens
• Glue
• Glitter
• A nail
• Wool or string

Step 1

Draw around the cup to make a circle around the cardboard

Step 2

Cut out the circle with your scissors

Step 3

Decorate the circle with felt pens. If you like, you can also use glue and glitter

    

Step 4

Make two holes with you nail near the center of the circle

Step 5

Thread the wool or string Through the holes and tie the end together

Step 6

Pull the loop of wool from underneath the circle and stretch the ends out that the cardboard circles is in the middle.   

Step 7

Spin the circle around and around  so that the wool twist tightly

Step 8

Pull evenly on both ends of the wool. When the wool becomes loose, spin it the other way

Step 9
