The ANZAC Biscuite

WALT: Making conclusions from text
SC: Make conclusions about why Grandad was funny about Anzac Day

The Anzac Biscuit by Jack Lasenby

  1. Grandad wore his medals on the left side. Why is that? What does it mean if you wear them on the right side? it means truth and bravery.
  2. Why do you think Grandad wished people would mind their own business? because when people ask he got the bad memories.
  3. Why do you think Grandad thought the ANZAC biscuit was the best thing to come out of the war? because it made him laugh.
  4. Do you agree? Why/why not?yes because it says in the text and I can feel what the writer can feel if it was me

Bravery is when someone is not scared of anything and I did a moon sun and lithging bolt because moon stand for he  fought in he the night sun is he fought in day time and lighting bolt is he is brave like a lightning bolt.

  1. Well done Alex, I like that you have explained what the symbols in your image represent. This is a very important part of creating anything.
