I think, that breakfast is the most important meal of the day because it gives more energy and you will be in a better mood and think more carefully and do better in school. But it depends on how much you eat and what you eat.
I agree Alex! For example, if we had doughnuts and chocolate or pies for breakfast, that wouldn't be so good would it. I remember before I became a teacher I often used to have a pie before going to the office and I put on heaps of weight! Now I am more careful with what I eat.
